Powder Feeder Overview

The Doyle Powder Feeder is designed for accurate and consistent dosing of fine powdered ingredients into dry fertilizer blending systems. The unit features an internal agitator that prevents bridging and promotes continuous material flow into the screw auger. The auger meters and discharges powder at controlled rates to meet precise blend requirements.

Mounted on a scale, the Powder Feeder measures material by weight to ensure accurate dosing for each blend. This design allows the system to handle a wide range of powdered additives while maintaining reliability, repeatability, and blend accuracy.
