Doyle’s Single Rotary Autobatch™ system leverages automation to enhance efficiency and speed. Products are dispensed one at a time through NTEP-certified hoppers, with actual dispensed weights recorded for each. Straight material can bypass the blender and load at a rate of 6 tons per minute, enabling 24-ton straight material trucks to be loaded in just 4 minutes.
